Therapeutic Exercise (Krankengymnastik)
Medical conditions from various specialties – such as herniated discs or post-stroke symptoms – can be treated using active and passive techniques in therapeutic exercise. After a detailed assessment, we create an individualized treatment plan aimed at relieving pain, improving mobility, and strengthening or relaxing muscles. An important part of the therapy is a custom-designed home exercise program. The goal: full restoration of the patient’s physical performance.

Manual Therapy (MT)
Manual therapy is used to treat reversible functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system. These include joint, muscle, or nerve-related movement restrictions, pain, or instability. Following a detailed assessment, affected areas are mobilized, stretched, or relieved. The therapy is accompanied by a guided self-exercise program to maintain the newly achieved range of motion. Improving joint function typically leads to reduced pain. Used for: osteoarthritis, acute injuries (ligament tears, contusions), lumbago, dizziness, tinnitus, and tension headaches.

TMJ Treatment (CMD – Craniomandibular Dy
Craniomandibular dysfunction refers to disorders of the jaw joint that affect the neck, head, and shoulder girdle. By loosening tight muscles and mobilizing involved areas, symptoms such as jaw and head pain or tinnitus can be relieved, and recurring blockages resolved.

PNF – Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facil
PNF is a specialized neurological therapy to improve coordination between muscles and nerves. Through functional, three-dimensional movement patterns, joint, tendon, and muscle receptors are stimulated to enhance perception and movement organization. PNF adapts to each patient's condition and is used to improve movement and posture control. Effective for: neurological conditions (e.g., multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, stroke), and in rehabilitation following sports injuries or surgeries.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage
As part of complex decongestive therapy, gentle manual techniques are used to relieve swollen tissue. This stimulates the lymphatic system, allowing fluid to drain properly. Indications include: post-operative swelling, sports injuries, or during/after cancer treatment. Depending on the condition, treatment is followed by custom compression therapy.

Medical Massage Therapy
Medical massage helps relieve muscle tension and alleviate pain while stimulating metabolism and circulation. This therapy can be prescribed as a standalone treatment or combined with others such as heat therapy, therapeutic exercise, or manual therapy.

Scar Treatment
Scar therapy is an effective method for treating tissue after injuries or surgeries. Special techniques are used to release the surrounding tissue, increase blood flow, and prevent adhesions. It also promotes cellular metabolism to support the formation of new skin cells – an essential part of wound healing. This method is also effective for older scars.

Connective Tissue Massage
This massage technique works through the skin, subcutaneous tissue, and fascia layers. The stimulation of specific reflex pathways has a positive impact on related internal organs and joints. verschiedenen Gewebeschichten durch Haut-, Unterhaut- und Faszientechniken gelöst. Die entstehende Stimulation des Reflexbogens wirkt sich positiv auf andere Körperregionen aus. Dazu gehören beispielsweise Gelenke oder innere Organe.

Heat Therapy
Heat applications such as fango (natural mud), infrared heat, or hot compresses are used to relieve pain, improve circulation, and relax muscle and connective tissue.

Kinesiology Taping
Developed by Japanese therapist K. Kaze, kinesiotaping uses elastic adhesive tape to support joints, muscles, lymph flow, and nerve function. Depending on application, it can have a calming or stimulating effect. It also reduces pain and enhances body awareness through receptor activation. Easy to apply, it remains on the skin for 3–5 days and can be worn during sports or showering.

Electrotherapy & Ultrasound
This treatment uses electrical impulses to therapeutically target affected body areas via electrodes. Low, medium, and high-frequency currents are used to: Relieve pain Promote circulation Stimulate metabolism Strengthen muscles Enhance tissue healing and absorption processes
